We are pleased that you are interested in or have already decided for our products. The products of our own brand KiddyPlugs are subject to strict quality control. If these products are not expected to be flawless, please note the guarantee statement. The KiddyPlugs GmbH offers a 3-year warranty on its products. This applies exclusively to the own products of the brand KiddyPlugs.

Warranty Statement
The KiddyPlugs GmbH takes over consumers for products of the brand KiddyPlugsPurchased after the 01.08.2017, in addition to the statutory warranty that the consumer has against its seller, this extended warranty. The aging of the product in the course of use is a normal process. This means that the wear of the hearing protection of the brand KiddyPlugs no defect justified, eg scratches, dents, release of the writing and the logo, widths / contact pressure.

The following steps are required to enforce the warranty

Advice on guarantee, § 477 BGB
Regardless of this manufacturer's warranty and whether or not the warranty claim is made in the warranty case, the legal warranty rights to the seller are unrestricted.
