How do I order at kinder-hö

Now we could simply say, you order with us exactly as in any other online shop! Of course we do not want to make it that easy for us, but would like to describe in detail how it works.

First you have to choose something in our shop, of course. You can find products on our home page, via our product menu or via the product search. When you have found something you can click on the respective product to get to the product page. There you will find information about each item and you can place the item in the shopping cart. To do this, choose the number (how much of the item you want to order) using the small drop-down field next to the order button and then click on the “Add to cart” button. On some pages you will also find a drop-down menu with further options. Here you can, for example, select an additional item or choose the color of a product.

Every item that you buy goes into the shopping cart, which you can find on the top right of every page. If you want to complete your order, then click on the shopping cart and select “Proceed to checkout”. Alternatively, you can look at the shopping cart again in detail by clicking on “Show shopping cart”. On the following page you can change the order again or click here on the button “Go to checkout”. If you want to delete an article, simply select “0” as the number of items and click on “Update shopping cart”.

On the next page you enter your name and address and choose the payment method. We currently offer payment by “Prepayment”, “PayPal” and “Klarna” (formerly Sofort). If you pay in advance, you transfer the amount to our account in advance that is displayed to you. With PayPal you transfer the amount to us from your PayPal account. With Sofortüberweisung you can easily send us the invoice amount via your online banking account at your bank. Follow the respective instructions on the screen. You can find more information under “How can I pay?”.

If you have made a mistake while entering, then a red box with the missing or incorrect information appears at the top of the page. Please change your details accordingly.

After each order you will receive an additional email with all information about your order. Please check the information again here. If something is not right, then just send us an e-mail or give us a call, so that we can fix the error and you get your order without any problems.

If you have been a customer before, then you can use your access data via the menu at the top of each page to go directly to your account, edit your account or track your order. Here you also sign up and down.

You can also put items on a wish list. The purpose of this is to help you find items that you might not want to buy right away. You can also share wishlist on Facebook and have someone else give you an article. That's easy, just give it a try.

How can I pay?

Currently we offer 3 payment methods.

Payment in advance
You can simply pay us in advance and transfer the invoice amount to our account. Once the amount has been booked into our account, we will send the order.

When paying by PayPal you pay the invoice amount through your PayPal account to us. The advantage is that the payment is credited to us immediately and we send your order as soon as possible.

Klarna (formerly Sofortüberweisung)
When paying by you pay the invoice amount directly through your own bank account to us. You need your online banking access data and a TAN. The advantage is that the payment is credited to us immediately and we send your order as soon as possible.

Basic information about the Klarna Checkout: With Klarna Checkout you can complete your order quickly and easily - without additional registration. Either you pay conveniently by invoice or you select an alternative payment method within 30 minutes after ordering. This option is limited to the payment methods within the Klarna Checkout, ie to the payment methods purchase on account, installment purchase, credit card, direct debit and direct debit.
If you are using Klarna Checkout for the first time, it may happen that you can not choose your preferred method of payment. You can settle the payment however in each case by credit card or Sofortüberweisung.

How fast will I receive my order?

We send every order after receipt of payment every working day Mon to Fri within 24 hours. We ask for your understanding that no shipping takes place on weekends, holidays and feast days. In order to enable a very favorable shipping for you, we ship in principle by DHL package, if nothing else was selected.

The following delivery costs are calculated and can be selected by you depending on your order:

up to 50 EUR: 3,95 EUR (DHL package, insured, with shipment tracking)
from 50 EUR: free shipping (DHL Paket, insured, with tracking)

The cost of the return is borne by the buyer. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. Refund of payments will be made within 14 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your revocation or the thing, for us with their receipt.

In this way you enable us to assign the shipment as quickly as possible. We ask you to send the goods back to us as a prepaid parcel and to keep the proof of delivery. We will refund you on request in advance, the postage costs, unless they are not to be borne by yourself.

Please do not send us any shipments that are not sufficiently franked (not free). Shipments returned to us freight prepaid will incur costs of 15,00 EUR plus shipping costs. In this case we unfortunately have to refuse the acceptance. We ask for your understanding.

How can I cancel an order?

You can revoke your contract declaration within 30 days without giving reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the item is left to you before the deadline - by returning the item. The timely dispatch of the cancellation or the item is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline. The revocation must be sent in writing to:

How is my order packed?

We always pack your order safely in a shipping envelope or in a box so that the items arrive undamaged. Should the consignment be damaged upon delivery, please complain immediately to the delivery service and refuse acceptance. We take care of everything else. Please inform us in this case immediately by mail, fax or telephone.
